Shaped top hall console table in a vaguely French Louis XV style, probably made in south east Asia in the 1990s. It's completely covered in a metal veneer: brass we think, but silver coloured, and embossed with ornate decorative patterns in a technique called repoussé. The framework is a combination of solid wood and ply. There's a little drawer in the front above a shaped apron. Condition is pretty good structurally: it's solid and sound; cosmetically there are various little marks and dings, and a few places where the metal is slightly loose but it's generally not too bad. I have two of these: the other is not pictured here and the condition is not quite as good. If you're interested in both I'll provide pics and a condition report, and we can discuss a price..
